12.       Discussion and possible action to receive a verbal report from Commissioner Johnson, concerning her recent jail inspection, conducted on December 28th, 2016, as required by Oklahoma Statute Title 57, Chapter 1, Section 1. 13.       Discussion and possible action for the approval of a Specific Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Del City and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S.   603, Title 11, O.S.   36 for crack sealing portions of Northeast 2nd Street, Northeast 2nd Circle, Porter Avenue, Eagle Creek Way, Spring Creek Road, Buck Creek road, Del Creek Road, Hidden Creek Way, and Crooked Creek Road (AKA Spring Creek Addition)  belonging to the municipality, located at Northwest corner of Reno Avenue and Sooner Road in Del City. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all material, labor, surveys, traffic control, subcontractors and equipment in an amount not to exceed Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Ninety-Four Cents ($7,982.94) This Agreement shall become effective on July 1, 2016 and shall terminate on June 30, 2017. 14.       Discussion and possible action to approve the Engineering Contract between GUY Engineering and the Board of County Commissioners for Oklahoma County Project No. 27-BR-2016, Bridge on 192nd Street 0.1 mile west of Council Rd., Engineering Services. The total amount of the contract shall not exceed $89,350.00. 15.       Discussion and possible action for approval of an agreement between the Deer Creek Public Schools and the Board of County Commissioners, Oklahoma County to build concrete foundation runners for a portable building, install sidewalk and perform some minor grading at the intermediate school campus in preparation for a portable buildings to be moved from Deer Creek High School to the Intermediate School. In no case will the total cost exceed $20,000.00 and will be reimbursed by the school. County Clerk

 

16.       Discussion and possible action to approve the 2016 Health Plan ACA Transitional Fee in the amount of $72,468.00. A check in this amount will need to be cut from Employee Benefits fund, registered by the Treasurer s office and deposited to the EFTPS bank account. Emergency Management

 

17.       Discussion and possible action to receive a donation from the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal s Office of ten (10) UHF handheld radios, to the Oklahoma County Office of Emergency Management. There is no cost to Oklahoma County nor any further requirements for receipt of this donation. Requested by David K. Engineering

 

18.       Discussion and possible action for approval to utilize the state contract through the Division of Capital Assets Management Construction and Properties Department (CAP) of the State of Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES). These services are required to perform replacement/repair to the Oklahoma County Jail Roof. The total project cost equals an amount not to exceed $419,108.50. Requisition No. 11704082 has been issued to Oklahoma Roofing & Sheet Metal, LLC in the amount of $404,935.75 for Contractor Services; and Requisition No. 11704083 has been issued to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) in the amount of $14,172.75 for the Construction and Properties Department (CAP) administrative fee from Capital Improvement Fund 20103230, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer, and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney. (Document Received)

19.       Discussion and possible action to approve Commercial Services Agreement between Oklahoma County and Cox Communications. The agreement is effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 for Oklahoma County MIS/IT in the following amounts from General Fund/Centralization MIS/IT (1001/2700).

Planning

 

20.       Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. ____________ to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S., 868.16 on a tract of land from AA   Agricultural and Rural Residential District to Planned Unit Development (PUD-2016-05). The applicant proposes to protect the design of the historic building while allowing for its use as a small venue events center (Teepee Event Center) for weddings, business meetings, family gatherings and etc., on 0.4146 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting held on December 15, 2016. Social Services

 

21.       Discussion and possible action to approve agreement of Community Support between the Board of Oklahoma County Commissioners, on behalf of the Department of Oklahoma County Social Services and CASA of Oklahoma County, to provide partial funding for salaries and fringe benefits under the agreement. The amount payable under this contract is not to exceed $6,000.
